Provisioned wrong?

Hi
I've just had a fibre line go live with Plusnet and although the line is synced at:
Downstream Upstream Downstream Upstream
Line rate (kbit/s) 79987 19999

All my speed tests top out at 38Mbps down and 17Mbps up.
Am I correct in assuming that plusnet have incorrectly provisioned me on the 40/20 package? I spoke to an online support agent who said they had re-provisioned to 80/20.
I've rebooted my HG612 and router but no change.
Hoping someone from plusnet sees this!

Hi Huw,
This all depends on which package you have with us. You were on Fibre Unlimited before the move. Now I see we need to change you over to Unlimited Extra. I'll do that now.
