Profile update?

hi ive had engineer round and done a lift and shift internet reset with a 49mb ip profile from BT but my current line speed is set to 33.2mb on my profile, could someone give this an adjustment please?

Should be at 49 Mb/s now. Try a single disconnect/reconnect within the router and hopefully you'll see an improvement.
