Hi,
The Plusnet speed profile on my Fibre connection is lower than it should be. Please can you raise it to 40 Mb, like you have done for others in the same situation. Please see screenshots below. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I've done this for you however as you're on our new network the profile we hold is irrelevant and doesn't restrict your speeds at all.
