Profile speed vs Plusnet speed
Hey there,
Since a few days ago (when, I presume, G.INP kicked in) my BT IP profile has risen from 64 to 66.5. As of yet, however my plusnet profile hasn't updated to reflect the change. How long does this normally take to do automatically. If any plusnet employee sees this in the morning, and it still hasn't changed, could you please give it a manual nudge?

Any change should be automatic provided we get the report from BTw.
I've made the change manually for you now, so you'll need to drop ppp and reconnect.
