@fwdlink As a delayed update, our suppliers have advised that this has been investigated and have confirmed that there is no packet loss seen on the S-VLAN you’re on. They’ve raised this to their systems team to identify why the tests are incorrectly reporting packet loss on your line and to have the algorithms of the test amended.
With this in mind it’s a bit puzzling as to why your throughput is still hovering around 67mbps but there’s no more investigation we can do as the next step to progress the fault is by arranging an engineer visit which may not be a good idea as your speeds are still within expectations.
I’d recommend keeping an eye on things and let us know if your speeds drop further.

Hi @Gandalf Unfortunately I'm back...
I'm still stuck with a throughput of 67Mbps, however the line is very stable, the last resync done about 16 days ago was me restarting the modem.
Basically I'm continually synced at 79999/20000, but stuck throughput at 67Mbps, however with one exception when you tweaked the profile you got me to 72Mbps but that lasted only about a week.
The PN dashboard says my sync is 72.1Mbps but that's been stuck that way for a couple months now.
Can you look again at my line profile info on your end again please, something clearly isn't right, even with High Retransmission this is lower than I thought the ratio would be. My DL has an G.INP of 55 applied, so assume this is Retransmission High. Unfortunately my neighbor is a very bad cross-talker which is why I see sunch a high number applied, when she's offline I see the stats recover big time and if I wait 24-48 hrs and resync I usually get 47-49 applied as G.INP.
Here's my stats from the modem, would appreciate you looking at the profile please:

Hey @fwdlink,
Thanks for getting back in touch.
I'm sorry to hear the steps @Gandalf previously took haven't lasted, after some discussion with him we can see your line is in sync at 80mbps, however, your IP profile appears to be around 70mbps and as you don't have a static IP address there won't be anything our side restricting your throughput.
The profile in your account should always be set at the IP profile and will only restrict your throughput if this profile is below the IP profile and you have a static IP address.
Unfortunately there's not much more we can do regarding a remote investigation without involving an engineer visit who may not be able to do anything about this. If you want us to arrange an engineer we'd be happy to, feel free to raise a fault to us here posting back and we'll pick this back up as soon as we can.
Thanks.

Could you possibly do a reset of my line again please.
I'm fairly sure I've found why my line got banded and limited originally and think it is currently banded again.
I had an air source heat pump installed last year, and the fairly large power cables for that were unfortunately installed within about 2 inches of the Phone drop wire (running in parallel for around 2-3 feet).
I've now had cabling redone to separate the phone and mains cables, so hopefully any interference from the stop/start mains use should be reduced.
Much appreciated, and hopefully won't need to bother you after that

Hi @armageus, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're having speed issues as of recent.Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
