Please can reset my profile. We had quite a few dropped connections two weeks ago when the weather was bad which has reduced my profile from 40mb to 35mb. Since then the connection has been stable and it was also stable at 40mb for over a year.
I know it doesn't seem than much has changed but it does make a difference when you are working from home.

@Bustermagic1 Your line has been banded at a fixed speed of 35Mbps by the Openreach DLM system. You need to ask Plusnet to request a DLM reset. It is difficult to get any response from Plusnet at present, particularly regarding speed faults.
