Profile reset

Hi,
After recent BB and phone fault (now fixed) can someone reset my profile i'm only syncing at arounf 10Mb

Changing the profile won't alter the sync (we can't actually reset profiles on fibre anyway).
We're seeing a sync of, and the profiles match this too.
Downstream Speed 21.4 Mbps
Upstream Speed 3.5 Mbps
Where are you seeing the 10Mb profile?

Sorry, I thought we had this before where th engineer re-set but at your end it was not reflecting it so you had to change it?
Apologies if it has been done. Last time I checked my download speed via an phone app (Tuesday) it was showing 10Mb.
Edit - My usual speed is around the 30Mb down load.
