Profile not authenticating after power cut

Hi,
Could some my profile please. I had a power cut but my profile is no longer authenticating. FTTC modem is fine and the DSL light is lit
and my Apple Airport Extreme all looks good. I'm guessing the session has not closed properly or something?

It looks as though I'm not getting an IP address full stop. Any ideas please?
