Profile kick please

I seem to have got stuck on 6mb download , don't know if a profile reset would help? Any help appreciated.

Your profile is correct, unfortunately the sync speed is a problem:
Downstream Speed 6.4 Mbps
Upstream Speed 0.8 Mbps
This does appear to be within the estimate range for your connection, we can try and progress this as a fault but as it's within the estimates it's likely to be rejected I'm afraid.

Mmm , that's annoying when I first got fibre I'm sure I was just above 8mb .  Bet most people on here think wow that's poor for fibre , but that's what you get for living in the stix I guess. Every Mb counts tho , BT have been up and down our road recently so maybe there is a fault nearby , hopefully that will get fixed and give me a little more speed.
