Profile drop it would seem

Hi there
This seems to be doing the rounds recently
My normal profile has been the 56/15 since August, however, since the other day it's changed to a 40/20
I've raised a ticket with support, but haven't heard anything since the 19th.
Have a screenie

Can anyone chirp in on if things are going to be sorted out?

I've tested your line, and apart from your banding being upto 40Mbit, I'm concerned about the throughput.
I'll give our faults team a nudge and make sure your ticket is picked up.
