Profile Update requested

Changed over to Fibre from ADSL this morning but my Plusnet profile seems a bit slow to update - it's still showing the old ADSL profile.  The BT speed checker shows 38.71 profile but actual speed is 7.65.  Is it best to wait for the profile to update or can one of the PlusNet folks give it a bump, please?  Many thanks

If you reboot the router the speeds should pick up.

And so it did!  After re-boot, speeds are now as expected.  Great stuff, many thanks Matthew.
