Profile Sync

Looks like DLM has been playing with my connection again sync my Syncs upto 77M from 70M and my latency's decreased.
This is about the speed I was getting when I was first installed before DLM decided to up the interleaving for some reason only known to itself 
However I'm not sure if Plusnet's side is in sync with BT as "high speed broadband" in my account shows 68.5Mbit/s
It also shows my old phone number and the previous exchange even though that line was ceased

The plusnet profile should update automatically but it doesn't always happen or if it does it can take some time, you can call support and they can do it for you or wait for someone on the CRT to do it for you but that may not be until Monday.

My profile is dropped to 26 from 38mb, no one changed it yet. out of SLA
