Profile Set to 21mbs when Line rate is 25499 (kbit/s)?

When I check my HG612 Opreach Modem it tells me that my Line rate (Down) is 25499 (kbit/s) however, when I check my current line rate at plus net its says my line rate is 21mbs, could someone @PN please check my profile is set correctly, I not sure if this is a result of me being put on a static IP.

My profile is set to 21 synced and BT's profile is 46....

Plusnet are playing silly [-Censored-]s. You need to contact support and ask them to match up the profiles (I'm currently in the queue)
