Profile Nudge Please

Sync 40000 profile is 34.8 , not sure what 38mb profile is 37.7? 38?

I've made the change for you. I've put it on 40Mbit, and it will change down as appropriate automatically.
Drop the session and restart and you'll see the new speeds.

37 is that correct ?.. As in drop the PPPOE session not the OR Modem connection ?

I can't see the actual profile, only the sync rate. It's our side I've changed rather than BT's which so I only needed you to re-auth.

Your profile is at 38.6 now from what I can see?
The estimate should be showing now although it will be your estimate for ADSL rather than FTTC.
