Profile Incorrect

Hi,

Hopefully I'll have some success now after my 3rd Openreach visit.

Visit 1 fixed a dodgy pair and lots of excess cable. Visit 2 literally did nothing. Visit 3 actually looked at the connection and found a HR fault and a joint that had corroded and needed fixing and fixed all my crackly line issues and stability issues.

The OR engineer has reset the line, IP Profile is now 77.35 Mbps.

However, my line is still only achieving 50mb download on a wired connection. After a call this morning to somebody at Plusnet who sounded like they were still in bed and had just been woken up, the problem is still there.

I suspect, the problem is entirely at Plusnet's end and I have an incorrect profile set somewhere. Can this be looked at, please?
