Hi, I had fibre installed on 7/11 with an estimate of 28-30, BT checker says 30-38 however the line started on a IP profile of 23.46 Mbps and never moved, can this be checked please?
Thanks
Thanks

Hi there,
I've just picked this up and line tests are showing a speed profile mismatch between two of our suppliers systems.
I've reported this with them and it should hopefully be resolved within the next couple of days for you.

Hi xelap,
I've just chased the issue with our suppliers who have attempted a remote port reset (which is needed to resolve the issue)
That failed unfortunately so we'll need to progress the issue with an engineer visit.
I'm going to add an update to ticket 95489019 for you about that shortly.
