Product change

Hi

 

Going through a product change which should complete on Monday, should I have the new router by now? the £6.99 delivery charge has debited etc

Hi there,

Unfortunately the date for your change has been pushed back to the 18th due to engineer availability

I've ordered the router for you manually and we'll get it to you as soon as possible

I had a email sent to me at 4am today saying the product change has been completed? is this true? the line change with BT was only scheduled for today? (I am still getting the same download/upload speeds)

The email just means PlusNet's accounting system has been updated. The change to your broadband should happen sometime later today possibly up to midnight.

I've just checked your order and it is still Committed to modify today. There is nothing which I can see which would give me reason to believe this will not happen.

 

@RealAleMadrid is correct in saying it could possibly take up to midnight.
