Problems with router VR900, could plusnet do a line check for me thanks

I am having problems with the VR900 V1, it just seem to lose the internet a very long pause before loading the page (e-mail or  internet page) then starts to work again. Seeing this on both PC and Macbooks.
System log is showing a notice of No ip addresses to give, OFFER abandoned and then Recv DISCOVER from XX:XX:XX:XX:65:86 (replaced XX for Mac address). I am seeing some Errors(pkts) on Upsteam low hundreds, zero on Downsteam. I tried all firmware the beta firmware seems the best for lower Errors(pkts) on Upsteam.
E-mail TP-Link support and supplied them with systems logs and screen dumps of router status page came back with the beta firmware, but still having problems.
I maybe sending the router back to Amazon, I have until the end of Jan 2016.
If someone from PlusNet support can please check my line is working ok that would be great my user name duncums
