Problems with Fibre connection speed

Speed promised and paying for 64Mbps I am receiving 32Mbps, any ideas?

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net

If you log into the member centre and select "Broadband" from the "menu", what are the "your broadband" details  showing???

E.g.

  • Product: Unlimited Fibre Extra
  • Estimated Download Range: 58 - 72Mbps
  • Estimated Upload Range: 17 - 18Mbps
  • Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 53.5Mbps
  • Current Line Speed (Download): 62.8Mbps

Thanks. Can you run the https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and go into additional diagnostics, select the FTTC box, enter tel no and note the resulting "Your Ip Proffile" info that's given at the end?

This is showing as a closed issue yet I have not closed can it be reopened as the problem is still a problem, paying for 64Mbps but getting 30's Mbps
