Problems tonight 19th june? single and multi thread tests dire

seeing as the new basic 55/10 connection is coming, was I put on a test profile hence my issues currently?  I should be on the 40/20 yet I am getting faster than 40mbit, not by much but 42-44mbit makes me wonder if you are using my account as a tester without asking/telling me.
