Problems since 5pm...just me?

Hi, internet dropped just after 5pm, I’ve tried rebooting the router and got as far as an orange light on the hub one router.

I then tried a factory reset of the router, blue light came on for a few seconds but then changed to orange with the orange b on the front.

Tried leaving the router off for 30 mins but then get the same as above.

I did try to call but it says at least a 30 minute wait, so I assume I’m not the only one having problems?!?!?

I’m in the NW between Chester-Liverpool area.

Any ideas?

Update: Obviously something going on outside of the home...just checked and everything is back on!
