Problems in Cheltenham?

I'm out of the country right now and trying to get onto my computer at home (using SFTP). Can't get through and the Thinkbroadband monitor shows my router as not responding since a bit before noon. Can't seem to find any indication of problems in Cheltenham but was wondering if anyone else was having problems. If not then I'll have to try to get a friend to go round and power cycle the router.

So it looks like my connection is down - a reboot of the router just leaves the box with the red light on ( no internet connection).

This would suggest a problem with BT or Plusnet... what do I do now? (I'm currently in the USA and not due home for 2 weeks)

It looks like it was the BT cable box acting up...
