Problems and no answers.

So, for a few months now my browsing has become more like wading through mud, and some sites will only open after I have cleared my browser data using CC Cleaner. This happens with Waterfox, firefox, Chrome and Edge.

I use Windows 10 64bit, have Bullguard internet security, CC Cleaner monitor and Malwarebytes active.

I have a ticket open waiting for a reply, but it just sits there gathering dust. 3 years I have been with plusnet, and the last few months it has started to get worse. Maybe my router is on its way out? Maybe they don't care anymore?

I am seriously thinking of asking for my MAC number and going elsewhere.

P.S. I do not use WiFi on my PC, ethernet lead straight to router.

For reference MACs don't exist any more you simply sign up with a new provider and pay any outstanding bill with your old provider when asked.
