Problems accessing my server externally

Hi,
I had to restart my router the other day as my fibre broadband was down. I assumed this was due to the planned maintenance and after the reboot I was then able to access the internet and I thought all was fine. That was until I wanted to access my server via ssh earlier today.
I was unable to get to the server via ssh, or access any website that I run on there.
I can access the web server and ssh from within the network using the internal IP address.
I can't access it from outside using either a domain name or the external IP address.
I have tried deleting the port forwarding entries and re-entering them.
I have tried turning off the router's firewall.
I have rebooted the server, the router and the fibre box thingy.
The router shows the external (WAN) IP address correctly.
Running traceroute externally returns:

I'm unsure whether access requests to the WAN IP address are making it through to the router or not, as the router doesn't appear to create any logs (I'm using the standard plusnet router). So it could be a problem with plusnet routing to my network, or internal routing - I just don't know.
I'm a little stuck as to what to try next, so any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

Re: Problems accessing my server externally

Hi,
Just to let anybody reading this know that the issue has now resolved itself overnight, so I'm putting it down to a Plusnet routing problems caused by the recent planned maintenance.
