Problem with phone line affecting download speed

Ive been a fibre customer for a couple of months now, getting download speeds of about 28meg
Had a problem with my phone line since saturday and my download speeds dropped to about 6meg which I assumed may be linked to the phone line problem.
The phone line is now fixed so how long should it take to get my old speed back?

You need to carry out a full BT speedtest with further diagnostics and check the Plusnet current line speed  http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html

Your line is in sync again at 28Mbs and the profiles are set to match correctly. However the test I've just been through is showing a potential fault still, so if you're experiencing any issues I'd suggest reporting to us at https://faults.plus.net

Thanks for the replies.
Just done a speed test, its showing between 19 and 21 now so much improved on yesterday.
I'll try again over the next few days to see if it gets back to the 28ish that I had before
