Problem with house move

Hello have two issues here with the house move
1) been charged while I have had no service for around 14days

2) new line installed and bt man said I need a openreach router or it dont work I explained the router is vdsl2 so the openreach modem.is not needed. However he left me with a phone socket with a dsl spilitter built in pluged both in the router was flashing orange amber so tried the old way and all im.getting is a solid orange light with a red flashing broadband light

Should of been activated yesteraday but nothing is working tried rebooting router no.luck

It's standard process to provide a refund of any downtime during a house move, once the house move completes. I've just done that for you now and replied to the ticket on your account.
