I had a few issues with my Plusnet Hub so decided to reset it using a pin at the back.
Since its come back on I cannot access the internet.
The router is connected and the light is blue at the front however I'm just getting sign in each time I try to connect and a question mark at the side of the Wi-Fi on my mobile devices.
I'm currently away from home until later this afternoon but the router is on , any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just to add I tried resetting it twice but with no joy.

Did you re-enter your username@plusdsl.net and password in the settings?
