Potential upgrade from 40 to 80

Hi guys

I've been with Plusnet for very nearly 4 years now and am thinking of upgrading from 40 to 80 Mbit fttc. When I access my account and go into the change products I see that I can upgrade to 80 but it mentions an 18 month contract (I am currently out of my initial contract and on a rolling one) under the list of key points.

So I just want to clarify that if I upgrade I will be put into another 18 month contract? There is no way around that?

I would recommend giving our custom options team a call on 0800 013 2632. Are you are a current customer they will have deals available which aren't available for you online.

 

They are open on between the following hours:

 

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00

Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00

Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Current call queue: 00:00
