Possibly worst Broadband I've ever had

Had Plusnet for 3 months now, and was trying to be patient waiting for it to 'settle down', but it hasnt. Speed test last night was 1.36 Mbps download, 3.27 Mbps 3.27, and it keeps dropping out. Its rubbish, and you cant speak to anyone about it

If you perform the test steps depending on your answers a fault will be raised with Plusnet.
