Hi i only get 42mb but am paying for 76mb fibre (i understand this is the limit of my line) so what im asking is would it not be more advisable for me to move to the 38mb product you offer, also if i agreed to renew my contract would i get the current offer for Unlimited Fibre at £3.75 for 6 months? i am currently in contract if that helps with the info.

No you cant get the offer ,ive just been on the phone to plusnet to do the same thing ,its 14.99 .They will cancel your current contract but wont give you any offer . This sucks

Why? You have a contract with PN so why should you be allowed to break it? You wouldn't be happy if half way through your contract PN decided to increase your pricing structure so why should you expect PN to decrease it when they have a membership incentive campaign. The time to renegotiate is when your contract expires, as I did.
