Possible VDSL banding – fault ticket no: 209319238

Hi,

Sorry to ask this publicly, and nothing life or death, but please may I ask if a staff member may look at fault ticket no: 209319238 when convenient.

I originally raised this ticket on 12-Dec-2020 through the line fault reporting process, but the line fault itself seems to have since cleared.

However, I think banding has since been applied. Full details in the ticket.

Sorry to mention this again, but I would be thankful if somebody could please have a look at the ticket

The ticket was raised on Sat 12-Dec-2020, with as yet no acknowledgement (also from Twitter support, and support streams mentioned above).
