Probably been covered, but I'm asking again.
I am trying to get an IP camera to work consistently. I've used a Technicolor, Sagemcom and Netgear router and disabled the Plusnet firewall but still ports are shown as closed. Done the port forwarding on the routers and added a DMZ for the connected device MAC address, but at the moment, it still shows ports are closed. I have had various results, port open but no service on that port, port open and a service on that port but most of the time port is reported as closed. I've tried the routers and the camera, with the same settings, at other locations and they work. Is it a Plusnet issue? The ports are 80 and 554.
Plusnet tech support are "unable to help".
