Poor upload speed

My fibre download speed seems ok at about 34 Mbps but upload is painfully slow - less than 2 Mbps. It has been like this for over a month. Any ideas?

Presumably you are on standard fibre not fibre extra so your speeds are up to 2Mb/s upload and up to 40Mb/s download

Apologies! I was on the high speed fibre but recently dropped to standard fibre as the cost was getting ridiculous! Hadn't realised that the upload speed would be so low, I used to get similar speed on "normal" broadband!
