Poor speeds

Hello I was wondering if someone could give my profile a nudge, my electricity supplier was changed over about 2 weeks ago and supply was off for around 16 hours as i had to wait for them to change smart meters so they would work with new company... odd i know lol.


Anyhoo the speed on my router was 55 now it is 45 meg and doesnt achieve great speeds for what i pay for.

I have give it a fair while to go back and it seems as if it is stuck at the speed it is (router resets). If anyone could help me that would be fantastic... thanks in advance Smiley

Our tests have found a external fault on your line which won't be helping.

I've raised this to Openreach and we'll update you as soon as we know more.
