Poor speeds on fibre line.

Hi,

Joined Plusnet recently and our broadband speeds and latency has been poor. Especially the upload speeds which are typically less than 0.5Mbps. The router is connected directly to a Openreach 5C master socket. I have tried a different cable and also a different router but nothing seems to help. Could someone look into it as i was told i would get 31.2Mbps minimum. Thanks

Current speedtest indicates the following:

Download = 20.1Mbps

Upload = 0.55Mbps

Ping = 239ms
