Poor service

My fibre wifi service has been dreadful the last couple of months. We can no longer stream tv. We have to restart router multiple times a day to get any connection. My work is suffering due to connections dropping constantly. I raised this previously and was was directed to a wifi user guide. This was unhelpful as my wifi was working fine previously therefore I know how to use it.
I am now fed up with paying for a service I am not receiving and therefore, after 15 years as a loyal plusnet customer, I am looking to change providers. How do I find out what penalty you are going to charge me for ending my contract early (having no alternative to resolve this situation)
