Just letting you know @Ridethesplit a DLM profile reset has now been raised for your line and should bump your connection speed up to around 40Mbps. This will take around 3 working days to complete.

Great thanks.
Had a good week of service, and then Saturday night, lost service down to 0.8 via WiFi, and 5mpbs wired.
Back up again now.

I wouldn't be able to accurately diagnose a retrospective issue, this could have been anything really, glad to hear that it's back to normal now though.
