I have been a plus net customer for over a year now and over the past 4 weeks. I have been getting irregular ping and lag spikes while gamming. I have tried multiple fixes. Browsing and streaming is fine. It seems others on this forums are having the same problems
The next time you run into lag/ping spikes, could you please run a traceroute to pingbox1.thinkbroadband.com via a device that's connected to the router with an ethernet cable and paste the results here?
