Poor fibre

Ok so I am paying for the 72mb package.
Just done a speed test and saw was getting high 200 ping and 10mb up and download. Most of the time it's fine. But recently it has been very inconsistent. I tested on both Ethernet and Wi-Fi both are equally as bad.

I've tested your line but we're not seeing any obvious causes. 

As it's evident over a wired connection I'd go ahead and report a fault as your next step: http://faults.plus.net
