Poor fibre speeds

I migrated to fibre earlier this week, with an estimated speed of 67MB.  Initially I only got 16 MB (same as ADSL).  Ringing customer support I was told that the line speed was fine but my modem speed (as set by Plusnet) was only 16MB.  They put it up to 30MB, but would not set it any faster, for a reason I still cannot fathom.  Any chance of someone sensible looking at this and giving me the speed I paid for?

You might want to give us some input, so if you can run all those tests over ethernet that would be great.

I am simply getting speeds just below 30M.  It seems to be the same issue as http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,138919.0.html

My speeds are coming back at only 5mbps if I'm lucky. Only a week in but my old broadband was better and cheaper than fibre!!

tried to save an image from the BT availability checker, but failed.  FTTC range A results were 77.6 high and 57.9 low if that helps

Thanks for taking the time to post all that information.
I can see that you have been advised of 60Mbps and that you are only receiving 30Mbps, I'm sure one of the plusnet team will look over this in the morning and will advise if you need to raise a ticket for them to look into this further or not.
