Are the poor speeds solely occurring on wireless connections or are they occurring on wired connections too?

Re: Poor fibre speeds

Hi @Sr

Thanks for coming back to us and thanks for the screenshot.

All of the speed tests that you've performed have been done so via a wifi connection.

Could you please run a speed test via a device that is connected via a cable to the router and let us know the outcome? Wifi can be affected by any number of factors and we'd need to identify whether your speed concerns exist on both wifi and wired in order to progress this for you.

Best wishes,

Dave
