Hi, have been a fibre unlimited customer for 6 years and normally get a download speed around 70mbps, however, the the last week or so it’s only been about 45mbps. I’ve tried testing both wireless and wired using my normal router and a spare one and the results are all coming out the same. Can you look into this for me?

Hi @sfgreenbank
Thanks for getting in touch.
I've tested your line and you're currently in sync at the maximum 80mb/s.
I'd initially recommend getting your router into the test socket of your premises as shown here.
If that doesn't help, raise a fault here and we'll ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.
Best wishes
Dave

Thanks for that @sfgreenbank,
Just to confirm before we go ahead and raise this to our suppliers - the speed test you've provided via the fault ticket - is that wired or wireless while connected to the test socket?
Thanks.

Confirm speed test was wired using test socket.

Hi @sfgreenbank,
Thank you for confirming that and I'm sorry for the delay in picking this back up. I can see that you have now discussed this with a faults advisor and an engineer appointment has been arranged for tomorrow.
