Poor connection

Good afternoon,

Just moved home and experiencing poor connection with our services. All streaming videos cut out and buffer Netflix and iPlayer. I had the router provided by Plusnet but decided to use a spare by smart hub 6 due to poor WiFi range.

Still experiencing poor connection. Could someone review to see if there is a reason for this.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems with your connection since moving house.

 

I've tested your line, however the test isn't picking up any issues from this side at the moment:

 

Please can you confirm whether the connection issues are solely affecting wireless connections or if wired connections are affected too? Please can you run through our troubleshooting guides here and let us know how you get on.
