After ordering Fibre back in at the start of June and going through the trails and tribulations of a full cabinet forcing me to use ADSL broadband I still find myself using my 3G phone to connect to the internet.
I can I ask for some help in getting Question 129157499 progressed please.
Shameless bump as this is still on-going. Heard nothing for tech support on 129157499 (opened 8th June)since last Tuesday and that was only to be told that the question is off hold. I haven't had a reliable service (poor speeds 280kps, constant disconnections, flashing orange light on the Hub) since it's activation on 7th June, 8 weeks!!!! This is bonkers plus you even charged me for the use of fibre!!
