Poor broadband Fibre Issue

Hi

I keep experiencing poor performance with you Fibre Broadband. Speed drops very significantly - This occurs even with a wired connection into thr router.

 

This is not a new line - have had Fibre boradband for several years, and been with PlusNet for over a year. 

 

Attached Screenshots of BT Wholesale Speed tests. I suspect a fault on the line,

Hi @Cheltgnar, I'm sorry to hear you've been having speed issues as of recent. I've looked into your your connection and can see there looks to be an underlying issue detected. I've raised a ticket on your account regarding this which can be seen here and steps I'd advise on doing to best help get this resolved for you moving forwards.
By all means feel free to drop us a further message on here when you have the router in the optimal set-up so we can re-test from this side for change.
