Hi all been on the 78/40 package for a while but last day or two my connection speed as plummeted
Ran a few speediest to confirm
with speedtest.net
results are
27.58 down
18.87 up
ping : 38
Bt Wholesale test
33.86 Down
16.95 Up
Latency: 33
What could be source of this issue it been affecting me throughout day regardless of peak times
ive done few test.
Tested in master socket on wired connection
Rebooted Router
Any help or ideas great

Our suppliers systems are down at the moment unfortunately so that limits what I can look into at the moment.
We're expecting an update at around 1pm so I'll come back to this for you later.
I can see you've raised a fault so you should see a formal response to that soon too.
