Poor Show Plusnet

Ever since i have been connected to Plusnet my speed has been terrible.
I have paid for Unlimited Fibre upto 38mb and telephone.
I attach my last speed test, http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4720488435.
I was getting 28mb when i was on with BT and that was on wireless but i am wired with Plusnet and getting around 7mb.
Can someone look into this for me as i am fed up with trying to get through on the telephone.

Re: Poor Show Plusnet

Ok go here    http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ ;   and run the speed test ignore the red writing,  when it's done pick further diagnostic and post the results
also go here  https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ;     login and see what the current line speed is set to again post the results
we will be able to see if they are set correctly

Re: Poor Show Plusnet

Your line is in sync much lower than I'd expect based on the estimates, can you run through the online fault reporter here so we can get this looked in to https://faults.plus.net

That doesn't look right; the range upper limit should be greater than the lower limit Shocked

Re: Poor Show Plusnet

Thanks Chris,
I have done has you asked and no change in performance.
Have left modem and router connected as requested, so will see if there is any improvement.
Many Thanks.
