I have been with Plusnet for only 3 days and my fibre constantly drops connection. Fault was logged 48 hours ago and nobody has been in touch to update me. Call details state it has been escalated to the correct team (when I first raised the call) & the operator who logged it decided an engineer was not required ! How, when I haven't spoken to anybody No update since to the fault details online and I have tried calling Plusnet on 4 occasions today for a total of 60 minutes and cannot get through. Worst decision I ever made was moving to Plusnet. Terrible customer service = NIL .
