Poor Service from Plusnet

I swapped from BT to PlusNet 29.04.2016, big mistake Crazy3

PlusNet provided ADSL instead of fibre. They told me they had corrected their error on 01.06.2016 and I did receive 40+Mbps download, but for that day only.
Since then I have received very slow broadband, 8.62Mbps today. Unreliable and much slower and customer service is worse than previously provided by BT.

Unfortunately I am locked into an 18 month contract with PlusNet Cry

Our tests aren't showing any issues. Is this on a wired or wireless connection?

Problem is with wireless connection. I have now installed home plugs which has resolved the issue. Happy DaysCheesy

Any idea why old BT router gave faster more reliable Wifi service, versus new PlusNet router? Wifi connection to other devices e.g. iPhone6 occasionally drops out.
