Re: Plusnet, what on earth is going on with my service?

STOP CENSORING ME!!!

Oh  boy!  Alex says, 'Someone needs to fix it.' (my phone line).

How's about PLUSNET,  who's phone service I pay for.

Has anyone read my first post???

And thank Longliner for Alex's tick of approval; can't break ranks can you.

Quote; Openreach network;  wholly owned subsidiary of BT

Why can’t you contact Openreach directly?    (concerning phone problems).

You can, but we’re a wholesaler and we were set up to work for communications providers – the companies that you buy  your home or business phones or broadband from; Contacting them is the fastest way to fix a whole range of problems.

Oh yeah?? LOL!

I assume Openreach that you have a special means of communication to Plusnet,

because none of us poor [-Censored-] have one.

Re: Plusnet, what on earth is going on with my service?

You see guys (gals)? What they do when you start cutting much too close to the mark

and have the skills to repudiate their 'gang of Trolls'?

All the best of my posts have now been exorcised by Plusnet with all the usual

'we are taking care of you'  BS legitimization and pretenses of civility.

There is however one last thing that you may do to these people, and that is to

make a promise to yourselves not to renew your contracts with Plusnet (as I foolishly did some time ago).

In truth there is not much alternative proven quality to the BT-ISP-monopoly, but a contract with Virgin Media

might give them sufficient motivation to restore a working help and contact system.

Now as you can see and expect, this post is likely to be removed too and so I would ask anybody in the community

reading this, to copy its contents and re-post it via their accounts and to (keep posting it) so that we give

Plusnet a warning that we will no longer tolerate their zero-customer-contact business strategy.

Go on, lets flood the [-Censored-]  (censored plural), with our outrage and those outside the expertise of the community pulling their hair out trying to contact PLUSNET.

For my part I am going to re-post this a million times if they remove it, while they are under the threat of legal proceedings.

JOIN THE FIGHT !!!    All the best Jake 4567.

Hey up @jake4567 I can see this has already been picked up as an external fault on your account, which you can view here. Once it has reached estimated response time from our Suppliers, someone from our Faults Team will pick it back up and update yourself.
